Over the years I studied and learned about fitness practices and have achieved a range of qualifications, including HND and Sport and Leisure Management, Cert HE in Sports and Exercise Science as well as being a qualified weights instructor. Each course has provided me with valuable insight into the world of fitness and training.
Soothe will provide you with the basic knowledge and peace of mind so that training doesn't seem so daunting. We would like to motivate you in keeping up a fitness regime and work towards your goals and desires.

Each course has provided me with valuable insight into the world of fitness and training.

It is important to understand with any training regime, that each individual responds to differently and there is no ‘one’ routine that has the magic cure to either weight loss, muscle gain for example. Each person is different and inherently carries characteristics that can affect training programmes e.g. body composition. Training is also dependent on so many factors ranging from motivation, diet, frequency and intensity of training, correct practice to name a few.
